• Processing of Chevy Truck 805/806/830 Programs, upper rear header and L/R Quarter inner.
• Troubling shooting for Janesville, Wisconsin GM Truck plant (P.E.A.).
• Designing Mig welding, fixture designs, drill fixtures, over/under welding, projection welding, special machines, checking fixtures.
• Designing and layouts of sand core casings.
• Over seeing personnel in fixing designs, detailing, and layout drawing.
• Designing tooling at build shops for design changes.
