     To simplify billing, I no longer compute “by the word”. Transcription rates are a flat $4.00 per page, double spaced, on numbered pleading paper. Rush, Holiday and difficult or problem projects* at $6.00 per page*.

     Accepting projects from Courts, Attorneys, Prosecutors, Government and Administrative Agencies, Certified Court Reporters (C.C.R.’s), all other legal transcriptions, Journalists, Closed Captioning and others. Sorry, we do not do medical transcriptions.

Contact me today for Your short order form which MUST accompany your tape/s and transcription requests. The form can be emailed or faxed to you.

Projects from outside of the Fresno-Clovis area will be sent via USPS, Fed-Ex, UPS or other traceable delivery service. We ask they are delivered to us by USPS Priority or Express Mail.
